We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team.
As a dental assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing and sterilizing equipment, providing excellent patient care, and helping with administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to making patients feel comfortable and at ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Record patient medical history and update dental charts.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
- Manage patient flow and ensure a positive, comfortable experience for all patients.
- Perform general office duties, including scheduling appointments and handling patient records.
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
Hygienists are expected to provide SRP, periodontal maintenance, and prophies (as prescribed).
Hygienists are expected to complete necessary digital radiographs on patients. Patient education is a large part of their role in our office.
Candidates must have a passion for our mission in serving the community. Preferred two year minimum dental hygiene experienceExperience working with iDentalSoft is preferred but not required.

- Current RDH license
- Current BLS certification
- Must have a current TN

This position requires a dedicated, highly respected, self-motivated, and results-oriented development professional with strong interpersonal skills
and a desire to build and sustain relationships and surpass fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives:
- Assist with the creation and implementation of fundraising and annual campaigns
- Coordinate and execute fundraising events and campaigns
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies
- Lead and coordinate volunteer committees for events and campaigns
- Research and identify potential donors and sponsors
- Assist in preparing budgets, tracking expenses, budget management and forecasting for the development department
- Monitor and report on fundraising activities and progress
- Meet budgeted goals for events and annual giving
- Communicate with donors, sponsors, and partners to build and maintain relationships
- Assist with the creation of social media content, ads, promotional materials, and other forms of written communication
- Fundraising is a must
- Stewardship and development of donors is a must
- Able to work both independently and in team environment
